My name is Arsene Dinzau, and I’m the founder of NextStep Canada.

I came to Canada at a young age, so I didn’t have to face the immigration process on my own — but I saw the hardships my parents went through up close. I watched them struggle to navigate a system they didn’t understand, with no real guidance, no clear direction, and very little support. It wasn’t just about paperwork or learning the language — it was about rebuilding a life from scratch in a place that often felt unfamiliar and overwhelming.

That experience stayed with me, and it’s what inspired me to create NextStep Canada.

I started this organization to help newcomers find clarity, confidence, and real support. We provide immigration workshops, English language training, job interview preparation, and financial literacy courses — all designed to give people the tools they need to succeed here in Canada.

NextStep Canada exists because I believe no one should have to figure it all out alone. This isn’t just business — it’s a personal mission to give others the support my family never had, and to help build brighter futures, one step at a time.
